Job Shadow Description

Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine

You will be observing at the Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, San Jose Facility.

This is a fast passed clinic that sees on average 150 patients per day. You will shadow an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon and a Physician Assistant.

The Surgeon you shadow will expose you to those individuals who sustain injuries due to being a weekend warrior or a true athlete. Physician Assistants are a key contributor to the clinic. The majority of their clinical practice is treating all type of patients with bone fractures. We look forward to having you visit our clinic.
