SVCTE - Mechatronics Engineering
Company Overview
We are a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) high school program offering 28 courses (21 of which are UC “a-g” approved) that prepare students for college and future careers.
The program is free for qualified 11th & 12th grade students who are curious about a specific career path. Classes are offered at an off-site campus with high tech classrooms and industry expert teachers.
Job Shadow Description
Mechatronics Engineering Class
Students will shadow other high school students in the CTE class. They will work with electronics, robotic engineering and mechanical technology and computer systems.
This opportunity will send 6 students to the morning class and 6 to the afternoon class. Please specify which you would like to attend.
AM students - leave high school at 6:50am for 7:30 class and return to high school by 10am.
PM students - leave high school at 11:50am for 12:30pm class and return to high school by 4:00pm.
